**Key Responsibilities**
  • To participate in the Assessment under the Mental Health Act and make applications for compulsory admission/guardianship when necessary.
  • To coordinate the process of assessment and make recommendations accordingly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
  • A professional qualification in social work, occupational therapy, nursing or psychology, and registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Social Media.
  • Experience working in a community setting is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of mental health law, human rights and safeguarding policies.
**Salary and Benefits**

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including generous holiday allowance, flexible working hours, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
