Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with children and young people who may have a Neurodevelopmental disorder, providing assessment and formulation services that make a real difference to their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with children and their families to identify potential Neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child mental health through ongoing professional development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work).
  • Significant experience working with children and young people with mental health issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary

The salary for this position is estimated at £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
