Are you a qualified social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of older adults with mental health needs?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health specialist to join our Older Persons Mental Health Team in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom.

About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing casework and conducting reviews, including face-to-face visits five days a week. You will also spend two days working from an office setting.

Your primary focus will be on supporting adults aged 65+ with mental health needs, primarily dementia, within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage casework and conduct reviews
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with service users
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Full UK license
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in social work
  • Degree-level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
