Job Title: Electrical Products Branch Manager

Location: Leicester and surrounding area

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg + profit share bonus

The Electrical Products Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products to M&E contractors or end users such as manufacturing warehouses. The ideal candidate will have sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of P&L in the branch
  • Selling to M&E contractors or end users
  • Calling and visiting existing customers to establish and maintain relationships
  • Providing training, development, and motivation to all branch staff
  • Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety

Requirements:

  • Sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic
  • Personable, driven, and a people person
  • UK Driving license
  • IT Savvy
