Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg + profit share bonus

The role of the Electrical Products Branch Manager will involve managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products. You will be selling to M&E contractors or end users such as manufacturing warehouses. Typical order values can range between £500-£8k depending on size and scope.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full responsibility for controlling all aspects of P&L in the branch
  • Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
  • Providing training, development and motivation to all branch staff
  • Calling and visiting existing customers to establish and maintain relationships

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Sales Manager with:

  • Must have sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale
  • Ideally experience selling into installers/contractors
  • Must be happy to go out and see customers to build relationships and generate sales
  • Able to work autonomously and also as part of a team
  • Ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Personable, driven, people person
  • UK Driving license
  • IT Savvy
