Job Responsibilities:As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will be responsible for providing direct psychotherapy services to behavioral health patients and assisting the Director in clinical functions. You will also have the opportunity to participate in extended primary care teams and treatment teams, focusing on behavioral issues with patients using brief therapies, crisis management, and consultations.
Requirements:
- Current MALICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- Master's Degree in relevant discipline
- 2 years of experience providing therapy in individual, family, and/or group modalities preferred, based on licensure
- Current Massachusetts LADC1 preferred

Compensation: Up to $90,000 per year, based on experience and licensure, plus up to $25,000 per year loan repayment for 2 years.
