Social Worker Position

At Tripod Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Child Protection and Court Team in Plymouth. As an Adoption Caseworker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families.
The successful candidate will have a Social Work qualification and at least 3 years of post-qualified experience working as a Qualified Social Worker within a similar team. They will be responsible for preparing cases for court, assessing needs and risks, and maintaining accurate case recording.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the cost of living in the Plymouth area.
