Job Title: B2B Marketing Executive

At Mintel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Marketing Executive to join our team in Tokyo. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and delivering high-quality demand marketing campaigns and PR activities that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive marketing innovation and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead management
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, including Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
