Business Development Manager

The successful Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and will be responsible for monitoring the performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile and terms. They will agree and deliver action plans if variances occur using Salesforce Account Action reports.
Main Responsibilities- To develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- To work closely with our account owners to ensure seamless handovers of new accounts within the first 8 weeks of trade.
- To support marketing campaigns by calling potential and existing customers and taking necessary actions.
- To achieve productivity targets as agreed.
- To maintain accurate records of opportunities in Salesforce while ensuring compliance with our operational processes.
