Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering internal and external queries.
  • Problem-solving for clients and internal departments.
  • Meeting customer and client expectations.
  • Resolving customer and client queries.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer/client focus.
  • Providing reports for clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
