Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Extended Primary Integrated Care (EPIC) team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our administrative systems.

Main Duties

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across sites.
  • Support clinicians in delivering care and support to patients, including responding to emergencies.
  • Prepare correspondence and ensure all service needs are met.
  • Liaise with team members via email or telephone to address any problems.
  • Support administrative tasks within the office setting, including printing, emailing, and producing rotas.
  • Make comfort calls to patients waiting in the emergency department.
  • Monitor clinical systems, including EMIS and Adastra, to ensure smooth running of services and escalate issues where necessary.

About Us

Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT) is a community interest company with all GP practices in Salford as its members. Our aim is to work with our members and other partners to ensure general practice is at the heart of joined-up care in Salford.

The Extended Primary Integrated Care (EPIC) Team is run by SPCT to bring together primary and urgent care services through a central hub, directing patients to the most appropriate level of care they require.
