Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT) as an Admin Coordinator. This part-time role will provide support for our Extended Primary Integrated Care (EPIC) services, working closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across sites
  • Support clinicians with data inputting and monitoring of clinical systems
  • Prepare correspondence and ensure all service needs are met
  • Liaise with team members via email or telephone to address any problems
  • Support administrative tasks within the office setting, including printing, emailing, and producing rotas
  • Make comfort calls to patients waiting in the emergency department
  • Monitor clinical systems, including EMIS and Adastra, to ensure smooth running of the services
  • Support new staff induction to the EPIC services portfolio
  • Any other duty required to support the effective operation of these systems

The Extended Primary Integrated Care (EPIC) Team is run by SPCT to bring together primary and urgent care services through a central hub, directing patients to the most appropriate level of care they require.
