Job Title: Completions Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Completions Manager to join our team. As a Completions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the completion process of loans from offer stage through to successful completion. This includes liaising with underwriters, new business team, intermediaries, valuers, and solicitors to ensure all necessary documents are received and processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications from receipt of a signed mortgage offer to completion.
  • Liaise with Underwriters and New Business Team on any completion queries.
  • Communicate with Intermediaries, valuers or Solicitor enquiries by email or telephone.
  • Review legal correspondence from solicitors and provide responses where possible.
  • Pursue outstanding documents to ensure offer conditions are satisfied before authorising release of funds.
  • Initiate pipeline management to advise conveyancers/underwriters when an application nears the end of its offer eligibility or valuation period.
  • Manage a pipeline of business closely to confidently assist Structured Finance with forecasting the likelihood of completions and timings for draw-down of funds for completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in managing loans from offer stage through to completions in the bridging or buy-to let market.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
  • Organised, and able to prioritise workload to manage loan pipeline.
