Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Delivery Manager to join our team at SCG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients while exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision and communicate agreed solution delivery for Telephone and Data products.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet client needs.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and manage material delivery to customers.
  • Liaise with networks on provisioning orders.
  • Manage project billing and update CRM accordingly.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge and IT literacy.
  • Decision-making and coaching skills.
  • Project Management background and experience in problem-solving environments.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Efficiently manage new and post-sale orders.
  • Maximize efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Communicate service affecting issues to the organization and clients.
