Service Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

As a service delivery manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service management lifecycle, from design to delivery. This includes ensuring that all service management processes and tooling are in place and functioning effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement service management strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet customer requirements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service management initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and associated constraints.
  5. Develop and maintain service design artefacts, including service level agreements and operational level agreements.
  6. Manage service transitions to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  7. Monitor and report on service performance metrics.

The contract is for 12 months initially and is based on site 5 days per week. A national security clearance is required for this role, but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment, which can take up to a minimum of 18 weeks.
