Job Title: Director, Customer Service Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Customer Service Delivery to join our team at SCG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that all new and post-sale orders are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Maximize efficiency and ensure constant improvement of customer experience and service delivery knowledge.
  • Communication: Manage process for communicating service affecting issues to the organization and our clients.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring we provide a unified service from supplier to client.
