Lead a High-Performing Team in Delivering Exceptional Property Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to guide our team of property professionals in delivering exceptional services across our diverse portfolio. As the Assistant Director of Localities, Property Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive safe, reliable, and customer-centric property maintenance, repairs, and improvement solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage significant budgets, ensuring responsible expenditure, compliance with procedures, and effective financial reporting.
  • Project Excellence: Oversee the delivery of improvement programs and projects, meeting performance targets, customer satisfaction goals, and cost-effectiveness objectives.
  • Resource Optimization: Effectively deploy resources, including internal teams, contractors, and consultants, to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for all aspects of property services delivery across our residential and non-residential portfolio.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, exploring innovative solutions to enhance customer service and operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards.
