We are seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to join our Property Services Team in our modern Basingstoke Hub covering our North Hampshire Locality.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer-centric, high-quality property maintenance and improvements to our customers' homes through a team of circa 12+ in-house trades and external contractors.
- Lead on operational delivery of property services workstreams, focusing on Responsive Repairs services.
- Role model and set direction within the team by being clear on expectations, giving clarity of requirement, and supporting individual performance through robust feedback.
- Maintain high-quality data within property systems and ensure safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation and CDM.
- Engage with residents and groups to develop co-created services and maintain a detailed local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs.
- Experience in managing direct labour workforce focused teams for maintenance services delivery.
- Demonstrable knowledge of planning workstreams in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets, ensuring value for money service delivery.
- Commercial acumen and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, including Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, with a focus on compliance.
