Job Title: Director, Customer Service Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Customer Service Delivery to join our team at SCG. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with process improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
