We are seeking an experienced Applications Manager to join our IT Team at Welcome Break. This newly created role will oversee the application lifecycle, providing support, guidance, governance, and strategic direction to the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the evolution and execution of Applications through our defined Application Strategy and roadmap. This includes owning the end-to-end Application lifecycle from concept to retirement for defined key business applications, managing third-party software providers, and supporting a programme of 'business change resolution'.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience working in a similar role, ideally within the Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality sector. You should have a broad understanding of business systems applications, both technically and functionally, and Application Lifecycle Management within a complex, large scale, multi-site enterprise. Previous exposure to Application implementation projects such as ERP, POS, and HRIS is also desirable.
