About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated sales professional to join our valued sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-centric roles, with experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and nuclear industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical quotations, tenders, and proposals for clients in the industrial sector.
  • Respond to and resolve technical enquiries from key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing and lead times to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update management information systems to track performance and progress.
  • Represent the company at customer visits and industry events, fostering strong relationships with key partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a related industry.
  • Confident in building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Technical and engineering terminology knowledge is essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work within set timescales and multitask, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude are vital for collaboration and communication.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
