Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Manager to join our team at air-recruitment. This exciting role involves identifying and developing brand partnerships that align with Universal's strategic objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Pitching and Closing Deals: Establish relationships with prospective partners, present campaign ideas, and negotiate agreements that drive business growth.
  • Managing Partner Campaigns: Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial pitch to campaign delivery, ensuring seamless communication and integration with key stakeholders.
  • Cultivating Lasting Relationships: Build strong connections with brands and Universal's divisions to ensure effective collaboration and mutual benefits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Brand Partnerships: A proven track record of securing impactful brand partnerships, preferably within the film or entertainment industry.
  • Campaign Facilitation: Familiarity with campaign artwork review processes and ability to facilitate approvals between partners.
  • Communication & Organisation: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Network of Contacts: Established relationships with a wide range of brands across different industries.
