**Clinical Systems Facilitator Role Summary**

We are seeking a Clinical Systems Facilitator to join our team at Northampton General Hospital.

As a Clinical Systems Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of effective, safe clinical systems with clinical, administrative, and operational staff.

You will provide clinical advice and guidance to support the delivery of programmes associated with the Group Digital Strategy including the NGH EPR.

Key responsibilities will include working with Digital Clinical Leads and Transformation Specialists to improve standards of care through effective use of digital solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Facilitate delivery of effective, safe clinical systems with clinical, administrative, and operational staff.
  2. Provide clinical advice and guidance to support delivery of programmes associated with Group Digital Strategy including NGH EPR.
  3. Work with Digital Clinical Leads and Transformation Specialists to improve standards of care through effective use of digital solutions.
  4. Ensure visibility within all clinical areas and facilitate ongoing implementation, development, and optimisation of EPR.
  5. Contribute to lessons learnt for projects to define changes in subsequent processes and procedures.
  6. Support Clinical Safety Officer and promote clinical safety within all digital projects and programmes.
  7. Act as role model for all clinical staff providing high level of clinical expertise and support.
  8. Work with Digital Training team to support development of competent, technology-enabled workforce.
  9. Actively seek views from multi-disciplinary colleagues in development of high-quality clinical information systems.
  10. Establish excellent relationships with Digital teams, staff at all levels, and external bodies.
  11. Identify areas where innovative digital solutions would improve patient care and efficiencies.
