Job Description:

Opus People Solutions is working with West Northamptonshire Council to recruit a Configuration Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test strategies for the Liquidlogic system.
  • Managing the defect lifecycle and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Reporting on testing progress and outcomes, and facilitating UAT sessions with end users.
  • Proven experience working with the Liquidlogic Children's Case Management System (LCS/EHM) and EHCP and Groupwork modules.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data protection and privacy in children's social care.
  • Strong background in test management, including manual and automated testing, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred.
