This HR Generalist position would suit a confident, resilient HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner who enjoys building great working relationships. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of HR services and administration in line with agreed policy/procedures.
  • Working to improve and develop HR services to meet organisational needs; minimising requirements for HR administration by streamlining processes.
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR issues, and on policies and procedures.
  • Acting as key contact to the International HR Team to secure visas where required and manage the process of international staff transfers.
  • Promoting HR policies and services to the organisation to ensure consistency, transparency and fairness.
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with managers and staff, establishing professional credibility.
  • Coaching and supporting managers where needed in handling performance and conduct issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) working within an HR Department, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • High understanding of the need for confidentiality.
