Head of Content

Telperion is a fast-growing Communications Agency working extensively across the UK and Europe for a multinational client base in the B2B Technology sector. Based out of our office on the outskirts of Frome, we support some of the largest Systems Integrators in the world to create content that wins Bids and grows key accounts.

We are currently looking to hire someone with agency experience to join the team as Head of Content, responsible for overseeing day-to-day client delivery, leading and managing resources, and ensuring all outputs are delivered on time and to a high quality. This position would be a great opportunity for a Midweight to Senior Copywriter who is looking to take the next step in their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and line managing a small team of copywriters and designers
- Sitting across end-to-end client delivery, from brief to completion
- Taking the lead in developing creative concepts and supporting the team in bringing them to life
- Attending & facilitating client meetings both in-person and online throughout project delivery
- Maintaining open and consistent lines of communication with clients
- Writing, editing and proofing content as required
- Ensuring that project trackers are kept up to date on a daily basis
- Running daily stand up sessions with teams and prioritising/assigning tasks
- Occassional management of freelance resources, such as additional copywriters, designers, or videographers
- Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Scoping new projects and providing proposals for each new engagement

**About you**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Agency experience in a content-focused role
- Confident in taking and questioning briefs from clients, running meetings, and facilitating interviews to generate content
- Familiar with a basic level of scoping and pricing projects
- Meticulous planning and organisational skills

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
