We are seeking a Content Assistant to create and maintain product information and optimise the customer experience and shopping journey on the Cox & Cox website.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Write compelling product copy with attention to accuracy of product information - naming, sizing, disclaimers, features and benefits.
- Research product features and benefits to enrich product information working closely with the buying team.
- Coordinate the product go live process ensuring all product information and website categorisation is correct.
- Regularly refresh website landing pages to reflect marketing stories and product performance.
- Coordinate categorisation of marketing activity on the website creating and optimising landing pages.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to review and build strategies on product placement within categories.
- Maintain website product recommendations, search and categorisation rules throughout the season.
- Regularly proofread coxandcox.co.uk and make edits where necessary, keeping range copy consistent and product copy clean and error-free.
- Assist with the production of Buying Guides and blog content to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist the team with general marketing duties.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience of web content management systems. Experience with Magento would be of benefit.
- A good command of English with experience of commercial copywriting and SEO.
- A great eye for detail to ensure all product information is consistently presented.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a passion for home interiors.
