FreshMinds, a boutique management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support their senior leaders with complex urban regeneration projects and organisational change programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, financial analysis, modelling, transformation, and operating model design.

The successful candidate will support their team in managing multiple workstreams as part of their regeneration projects, liaise with various team members within the business, manage timelines, reporting, KPIs, and work closely with and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders ranging in seniority.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading workshops and business case development
  • Autonomous project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing operating models
  • Providing analytical and communication support

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in consulting
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Experience in local authority or charity sector
  • Passionate about prevention, early health, intervention
  • Strong experience in a community setting
  • Relevant public sector experience/exposure
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Operating model design experience in a public sector setting
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Benefits:

  • Daily rate: Up to £300 PAYE dependent upon experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement: 1 day/week in the Cheshire East Office, otherwise remote work
