Administrative Sales Specialist

Overview:
Our company is seeking a Sales Order Processor to support our sales team in Sowerby Bridge. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and experience working as a sales administrator. The role offers a competitive salary, opportunities to learn new skills, and develop your career in sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer telephone queries and provide excellent customer service
* Ensure sales documentation are up to date and managed correctly with high attention to detail
* Collaborate with the wider Sales Team to meet current and future orders, client's requirements, and proposals on time and smoothly
* Process orders and raise quotations using Microsoft Office packages
* Undertake administrative processes involved in commercial strategy and client supply agreements and order amendments
* Create and deliver regular reports to management
* Assist in growing the business with up selling of products
* Ensure Health and Safety and Environmental standards are adhered to
Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office packages
* Experience working as a sales administrator or similar role
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and business colleagues
* Understanding of numeric data - Excel Spreadsheet
* IT Literate- Outlook, CRM Systems- Experience with SAP is not essential but would be a bonus
