**Machine Inventory Administrator**

**37.5 hours a week - 2 days working from home**

JLA is driven by a world class Sales & Marketing engine, owns and maintains all assets, and has an efficient on-site operations team working daily with customers.

Role overview

You will be responsible for authorising internal machine orders including returns. Completing Export Shipping Documentation and invoicing direct delivery orders. Liaising across various internal departments and external suppliers and 3rd party logistics companies

As part of supply chain you will be joining a team that carries a vast array of experience across the different verticals. This ongoing training and mentoring will provide you with the abilities to work on a multi-function capacity both within the team and across other departments within the JLA family.

Key tasks
- Assessing machine orders for accuracy and suitability of customer’s requirements whilst not compromising on the profitability for the business.
- Authorising machine returns and ensuring accuracy of the information on the documentation.
- Completing shipping documents for machines and parts for delivery into Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland, along with any other export documentation that may be required.
- Invoicing orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
- Communicating with suppliers around eta’s and liaising with our installation and sales teams to keep them up to date with order progress.
Maintaining amended or cancelled orders, associated RMA’s and purchase orders in the IFS stock system.

Essential criteria
- Computer Literature
- Organised
- Working to a high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills
Able to work to tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
