Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Modeller and Analyst to join our team in London. As an investment analyst, you will get hands-on experience with all parts of the real estate / hotel development lifecycle, including sourcing and analysing prospective opportunities, structuring and financing deals, and supporting communication of the investment thesis to internal stakeholders and external investors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Execution: Assist for all aspects of origination, due diligence, structuring, arranging external appointments, negotiation, and execution for real estate projects
  2. Decision-Making: Contribute and influence decision-making for all aspects of the real estate lifecycle

Requirements

You should have 1-3 years of experience working in investment banking, real estate investment management, private equity, or hotel feasibility/development. Excellent numerical & modelling skills, proven success in a rigorous financial environment, and excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required.
