About the Role

CUBE Content Governance Global Limited is seeking an Operating Model Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering new customer support operating models and processes for SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design new customer support operating models and processes for SaaS solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and user stories for software developers.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for customer support processes, including user stories and testing acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with product and technology teams to ensure alignment in the development and testing of all customer support functionality.
