About the Role

H2O Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Rural Land Consultant to join our team in Rugby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on rural land matters, including agency, valuation, development, and CPO work.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
* Valuations: Conduct thorough valuations of properties to ensure accuracy and fairness.
* Grant Applications: Handle BPS and CSS applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
* Land Management: Oversee the administration of farmland, including FBTs, GK agreements, and Contract Farming arrangements.
* Planning: Assist with planning application submissions, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
* Development: Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice on development projects, option, and promotion agreements.

What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance, mobile phone allowance, enhanced annual leave, birthday off, pension plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Health & wellbeing programme, and a supportive environment.

We require a MRICS Qualified Surveyor with Registered RICS Valuer status (preferred), an affinity for farming and agriculture, demonstrable experience in agency, valuation, development, and CPO work, excellent networking skills, strong communication skills, accurate record-keeping, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a 'can-do' attitude.
