About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the Subcontract Payables Ledger with precision and accuracy.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving queries promptly.
- Collaborating with the finance team to prepare twice-weekly payment runs.
- Ensuring timely payments and adherence to cash management processes.
- Calculating and paying CIS Tax to HMRC, maintaining accurate records.
- Administering subcontractor accounts within our finance system.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of GCSE standard, including Maths (essential).
- AAT or further education qualifications (desirable).
- Previous experience working in a finance environment (essential).
- Strong technical skills, including Excel (essential).
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Located in Hemel Hempstead, the role requires a minimum of three days in the office.
