Job Description:

As an Accounts Assistant at Trinity Estates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your primary responsibility will be to process and validate supplier invoices, making timely payments and maintaining accurate ledger hygiene. You will also integrate supplier balances for new sites coming into management and produce and analyze weekly/monthly statistics across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier invoice processing and validation
- Payment of suppliers and maintenance of ledger hygiene
- Integration of supplier balances for new sites
- Production and analysis of statistical reports

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in an office-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
