As a Global Strategic Partner Commercial Senior Manager at RingCentral, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationships with our key strategic partners across the UK, EU, and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Relationship Management:
    • Manage the commercial relationship with our key strategic partners, ensuring alignment with RingCentral's objectives.
    • Develop business cases and proposals for global partner expansion, securing buy-in from internal and partner leadership.
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Lead the commercial strategy for global expansion with new and existing partners, shaping long-term objectives.
    • Understand the unique business models, processes, and governance structures of our strategic partners.
    • Build strong internal networks within partner organizations, driving joint initiatives and strategic reviews.
  • Commercial Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive business cases to support the expansion of existing partnerships and the establishment of new ones.
    • Analyze financial and operational data to monitor performance, creating commercial models that maximize mutual benefit.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay informed about key competitor strategies in the UCaaS market and other related markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial alignment and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years in commercial management roles, ideally within the telecom or cloud services sectors.
    • Proven experience in project management and contract negotiation.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High proficiency in contract management and commercial modeling.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
