About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team and lead our global partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for building Aviva Investors' assets under management and revenues through our global distribution partners.

You will report directly to the Global Head of Wealth and work closely with the Distribution Senior Leadership Team to define and execute the commercial strategy for these partnerships. Your key accountability will be for commercial targets and you will be the day-to-day relationship lead for all aspects of the relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Aviva Investors' presence in the global market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to optimize client coverage and commercial success.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Investments, Investment Directors, Marketing, COO, Legal, Compliance, and other business units to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Contribute to the Product Development process by bringing new ideas and initiatives to ensure we are building and maintaining an effective commercial product suite appropriate for the target markets.

  • A proven track record in achievement in Wealth business, including identifying and closing deals.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and retention targets.
