Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Provide refreshments and care for customers and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist in maximizing customer comfort while on site, providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in customer-facing areas, ensuring a positive image of the dealership.
- Develop a basic knowledge of our products and services to answer customer inquiries and provide informed support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to build rapport with customers and inspire confidence in our brand.
- A customer-centric approach, striving to deliver service above expectations.
