About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and administration of our business systems, including CRM, ERP, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line support and troubleshooting for business systems
  • Ensure business processes are adhered to by end users
  • Communicate effectively with users regarding business and system processes
  • Support internal and external customers using our business systems
  • Maintain a log of support calls and progress resolution
  • Escalate calls to 3rd line support or 3rd party suppliers as necessary
  • Report on the performance of business systems
  • Answer basic questions on processes in systems
  • Escalate patterns in support to enable fixes to be developed
  • Control access to environments by 3rd party support and consultants
  • Document work or changes made to environments
  • Assist in testing as required
  • Maintain user groups controlling user access by role
  • Set up and maintain user access and security features
  • Highlight when end users require training
  • Oversee testing and implementation of new functionality
  • Keep a log of reports and their definitions
  • Create and develop reports within CRM as requested by the business
  • Liaise with report developers, control application and testing of new reports
  • Provide ad-hoc data extracts and reports as required
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on process, problem resolutions, and procedures
  • Effectively manage own workload, including planning and prioritization
  • Adhere to the IT Security Strategy at all times
