Exciting Opportunity: We invite you to consider a role as a Business Systems Support Analyst within Vistry Services.

Role Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for providing daily 2nd line support and administration for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Dynamics 365), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (COINS), and various integrations. You will also manage a wide range of business-oriented applications, including Document Management Systems (DMS), legal, site management, and Health & Safety systems, ensuring that support requests are addressed or escalated promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a friendly, flexible, and supportive demeanor.
  • Possess knowledge of the house building sector.
  • Understand and have practical experience in managing a hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution or COINS ERP.
  • Configure our in-house CRM/ERP platforms (Dynamics 365/COINS).
  • Receive and manage internal user support requests from the IT Service Desk.
  • Resolve issues where feasible or escalate to 3rd line support or external suppliers as necessary.
  • Report on the performance of internal business systems.
  • Assist in testing as required.
  • Identify when end users require training.
  • Oversee the testing and implementation of new functionalities.
  • Create and develop reports within the CRM as requested by the business.
  • Collaborate with report developers to manage the application and testing of new reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc data extracts and reports as needed.
  • Effectively manage your workload, including planning and prioritization.
  • Adhere to the IT Security Strategy consistently.
