About the Role:

The Business Analyst for Spirax Group IT will work across multiple projects at different lifecycle stages, bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements of the technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work in partnership with subject matter experts and IT teams to identify and implement solutions that meet the business needs.

Your Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group IT Project Management Office, supporting IT areas such as Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace and Collaboration.
  • Establish and implement business analysis elements, including business case development, project scoping, and requirements gathering.
  • Analyze data, support business case creation, and perform impact assessments during early project phases.
  • Gather and refine requirements, working collaboratively with stakeholders, including project managers and technical architects/delivery teams.
  • Provide training to users and/or trainers to facilitate knowledge transfer to BAU teams at project closure.

Your Previous Experience:

  • Business Analyst experience within IT or similar roles/sectors.
  • Effective communication with people from all levels of the business.
  • Mapping technology requirements against strategic objectives.
