About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Spirax Group IT team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establish and put in place elements of business analysis, such as business case, project scoping and requirements gathering.
  • Gather and analyse data, supporting business case creation and performing impact assessments during early project phases.
  • Requirements gathering and refinement, working collaboratively with stakeholders such as project managers and technical architects/delivery teams.
  • Provision of training to users and/or trainers to facilitate knowledge transfer to BAU teams at project close.
Requirements
  • Business Analyst experience within IT, or working within similar roles/sectors.
  • Dealing with and communicating with people from all levels of the business.
  • Identifying and mapping technology requirements against strategic objectives.
