We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at Vistry Group, based in our Cheltenham office. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day 2nd line support and administration of our CRM (Dynamics 365), ERP (COINS) and integrations, as well as a diverse suite of business-focused applications, encompassing DMS, legal, site management and H&S systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our CRM, ERP, and integrations
  • Administer and maintain our business-focused applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
