We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at Vistry Group Careers. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and administration of our business systems, including CRM, ERP, and integrations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and COINS ERP, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for ensuring that support tickets are resolved or escalated in a timely manner, and will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive basic salary and annual bonus, agile working arrangements, up to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and a range of other benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and administration of our business systems, including CRM, ERP, and integrations
- Ensure that support tickets are resolved or escalated in a timely manner
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for our business systems
- Share knowledge and best practices with other team members
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and COINS ERP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
