Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to drive organisational growth, develop talent, and ensure seamless people practices. As a key partner to leadership teams, you will shape the HR strategy and foster a positive culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have proven experience as a strategic HR business partner in a growing business.
  • Must possess expertise in management development and competency frameworks.
  • Should have a successful track record of delivering HR projects that improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Should be commercially astute with a data-driven approach to HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead initiatives to embed company culture and values.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Design and deliver management development programs and competency frameworks.
  • Advise on organisational design and structure.
  • Implement HR initiatives across culture, learning & development, rewards, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues.
  • Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement in people practices.

Benefits:

  • 4 days per week onsite at our central London office.
  • Occasional travel to other company locations in the UK.
  • A competitive salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
