Unlock Your Sales Potential
As a Sales Development Representative at Lead Forensics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our future growth and long-term success. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect to CEO's, Marketing and Sales Directors using multiple channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. The goal is to book well-qualified virtual meetings for your Account Executive, who you will be partnered with upon joining.
Before your day of prospecting, you will start with an hour of self-development and prep, where you will spend time nurturing your data, listening to calls, practicing, and ensuring your day is set up for success. Throughout your journey up through the ranks, you will be constantly supported by your line manager, team members, and Account Execs – all on hand for live coaching, encouragement, and training.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll have the opportunity to promote and get automatic pay rises every 3 months – the first being into a Senior Role where you will target our larger key accounts and the 2nd being into a 360 closing role. From there, an AE's earnings will typically increase 152% year on year.
