Job Title: Bookkeeper/Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Projects team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of contract service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project administration, including organizing meetings, monitoring key dates, and following up on meeting actions.
  • Manage business-critical documentation, such as drawings, project information, and meeting minutes/reports.
  • Handle general administration tasks, including compiling project reports, processing invoices, and preparing monthly management reports.
  • Maintain company records databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with basic reports by conducting analysis and research.
  • Support site managers and operatives with ordering materials and consumables, ensuring cost control and budget monitoring.
  • Support Directors in issuing Contracts for Site Agreement.
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks under the supervision of the Managing Director, including payroll, CIS returns, supplier invoice processing, and VAT returns.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in office administration, including email handling, invoices, and stock control.
  • Skilled in business and administration tasks, with strong communication and IT skills.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office package with good Excel skills.
  • Experience with Xero accounts package is desirable.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
