We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the financial services sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including bank statements and financial reports
  • Process financial transactions, including payments and invoices
  • Provide administrative support to our clients, including data entry and document preparation
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including data analysis and reporting
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial administration or bookkeeping role
  • Strong knowledge of financial software, including MYOB Accounting Edge and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
