Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant

About Us:
We are a specialist camera and lighting rental company based in West London, serving the film, television, and media production industries. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and technical support, along with maintaining a large inventory of cutting-edge equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records using relevant software, such as Xero, and perform general bookkeeping duties.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
- Provide front-of-house/reception support, including answering phone calls and welcoming clients to the office.
- Collaborate with the rental team to assist with client bookings and enquiries.
- Ensure seamless communication between the rental team and clients.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently is required.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to support different areas of the business as needed are essential.
- This is an office-based role, so candidates must be able to work from our West London office.
