Pricing and Growth Leader Role

Nivoda Limited seeks a Pricing and Growth Leader to drive operational strategy and execution, optimizing pricing, customer credit tracking, team structure, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly scaling marketplace, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align operational priorities and ensure that systems and processes support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage data-driven pricing models that maximize profitability and ensure consistency across the marketplace.
  • Leverage analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and product teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Manage the allocation of leads to ensure optimal use of resources and highest potential for conversion, working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align operational priorities and ensure that systems and processes support business growth.
  • Manage and lead reviews of the revenue operations team, ensuring continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for upskilling and career progression.
  • You will manage a direct report specializing in commercial analytics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
  • Strong experience managing pricing models, customer credit processes, and lead allocation strategies
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership
Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, flexible remote working arrangements, generous holiday allowance, and the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Estimated salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
